With Digital TV Aerial systems there are normally two main faults and these are Pixelation or Missing Channels.
Pixelation
The picture freezes and breaks up into blocks or squares or sometimes completely drops the channel all together and may show a blue/black screen.
Missing Channels
You only receive a few digital Freeview channels or no digital channels at all.
These faults are more often related to the aerial, possibly a fault with your existing television aerial system or your existing aerial system may not be compatible with digital Freeview reception.
